Can’t load or cancel game of Arnak

I initiated my first game of Arnak with DunMax who has been able to load and play her turn, but mine hasn’t loaded. DunMax has tried to mutually close the game but my iPad won’t even bring up the screen allowing me to agree to cancel the game. This has never happened before on any other game I’ve attempted to play. Please cancel Arnak Table # 175632184. Thanks, Pomeroy
