Board Game Arena

hello

I'm looking for a quick game mechanics that could allow 2 players to fight using either cards or dices, other than rock-paper-scissors (or even the lizard-spock version) to decide who would be the first player for the next game. something like a warm-up minigame for game nights
I would prefer something not speed-related ; could be about some mindgame tho (not mandatory)

One player having a game piece in one fist, the other tries to guess the correct fist?

Each player takes 0-3 coins into their hand.
Then player one guesses how many coins there are in total, turn player two guesses.

If one of them was spot on, they're the winner. If nobody guessed right, they start another round with the other player having the first guess
