Board Game Arena

Something strange happened in my case. I bought one year of premium a year ago and unsubscribed quite early. I got charged a few days ago (Why ?) and I also didn't get premium. Do any of you ran into this scenario ? I sent a ticket but still no answer. Do you know who I can contact ?

I'd say that's something you can tell your bank. Someone took money from you without you having made a contract: they will reverse that transaction
