Tournament match timings

Hi there
I ran my first tournament earlier this week, a Can't Stop round-robin for friends. We wanted to test our understanding of the system before starting anything with a bigger time investment.
I made the mistake of choosing 'start games asap' or something similar, and ended up with all the games being opened at once.
Having realised my error, I've just been dabbling with setting another tournament up, but now can't find the option to change it!
I've tried switching to Can't stop again to see if it is a game specific thing, but no option. I really don't want to end up with 5 simultaneous games of Sushi Go or whatever this time. Any ideas?
I did search the forum first, a link to a similar problem question would be great if it has come up before and I'm missing it.
