Fix Rule&translation(japanese)

According to the rules of how to play this game, two points are awarded to the correct answer and one point to the contestant, but the correct answerer also received only one point.
Also, the last character in the Japanese question thema "電光石火" is "化".

That's notabug, it was specifically asked by publisher.
As for translation, just fix it yourself using the translation system : Community > translations > concept
