auto mode preferences

FAQ says: When using the lobby with `Automatic Mode` on, for each game you can specify your preferences for any value of the available options.
Where do I find the place to specify my preferences??

The cog.
After selecting "Automatic Mode", at the left of each of the games you should see three symbols:
(1) Some laurels and a number representing your ELO
(2) A cog to access your preferred settings
(3) An heart to add/remove the game to your favourites

Thanks for this great answer! I didn't even know that was called a lobby, LOL. 
I think that BGA should use the way you wrote it to explain how to do that. I was playing CuBirds with a person. The game was nearly over--both of us only needed 1 more flock. I was thinking for maybe 1 minute on my turn, and without warning, they expelled me. They didn't say a thing. Not cool! So I gave them a red thumb and told them that wasn't cool. Still no acknowledgement of their behavior. Hence, I'll use the cog next time.
