Long story short, Tichu is a 2v2 trick-taking game which does not allow any game-related communication between teammates.
However, it is extremely likely that HotlyHotly is cheating along with his/her teammate people66.

Evidence as below,

Check out how they exchange cards at move #297 so that they got 2 bombs in each of their hand finally,
1. HotlyHotly is giving out 2 to people66, while giving 4 and 10 to opponents
2. people66 is giving 7 to HotlyHotly, while giving 8 and 9 to opponents

The above play is a strong evidence that these two players have been communicating their own hands to each other.
I believe bga should have some sorts of system to penalize such negative behavior.

BGA should definitely look into the case and give a penalty to these two players @Hotlyhotly & @people66. What a shame!

it is not the first time, HotlyHotly and people66 play together at Love letter, just see 1 or 2 game to understand how Hotlyhotly take the second place in arena
