Board Game Arena

i set up 2 tournaments for uncondtional surrender
for both i set the playing hours from 7am to 7pm -
I am in eastern time zone of united states
once the tournaments started thhe playing hours showed up as 1am to 1pm
which obviously was problematic
for folks in europe they got the 7am to 7pm and have a serious time advantadge
I guess my question is when you are setting playing times are you setting them in europe/france time zone?
and if so is it supposed to be thhat way or is that a bug?
and does thhe bug only manifest if people from europe jion the tournament? (as happened)
