lose of internet

Kinda b.s. that one loses 20 freaking point for lost of net......this is not right ....people lose internet and the game is lost so i lose 20 points....SAME ONE THIS SITE
How can you tell the difference between someone losing their internet and someone rage quitting? It's not great, but it's unfortunately the best option to stop people quitting to protect ELO etc. If you can think of a better system, then that's worth considering
