Is there any way to see how many of the curses have been uncovered?

Obviously in a real time game this is not an issue, as there are only 2, so it's easy to remember. But when playing turn-based, a curse can come up in a treasure that your not involved in, so you've no way of knowing if it came up, without scrolling back through all the logs.

Is there an indication anywhere on the board that shows how many have occurred?

Normally it's recorded in the log, whether it is revealed or discarded after a treasure sharing.
You can retrieve info the game history, but I am unaware of any reminder explicitely displayed on the board game...

There's a suggestion for this in the bug tracker that can be upvoted. However, I'm not sure there's active development in this game.
