Board Game Arena

Hi,

Please, please, please, make the setting to play people that are your level work correctly.

I have it configured to say I never want to play people that are not my level. However, being in the elite league means you can face people that are very far from you. Just played someone with ~600 elo less than me and ~600 arena points less than me.

Result: very boring game, +1 point. Then same opponent /o\, another uninteresting game, +1 point.

I hate being on the other end of it when you just get destroyed in every game!

Matcmaking works as intended. The whole concept or arena, including match making, is totally broken, however.

yes, a more fundamental change to how arena works is required. This whole idea of a progressive system (until you reach elite) is just silly and does little to differentiate between players of vastly different skills...as is obvious by the fact Elite players can differ by 600 points in arena Elo score while both being 'Elite'.
