Restricted Access is currently limited to one category of player is (example: Good Player).

Sometimes you want to be precise with ELO scores when accepting players in a game, for which I propose that this access options are in ratings:

- Beginners
- > 1300
- 1301-1400
- 1401-1500
- 1501-1600
- 1601-1700
- 1701-1800
- 1801-1900
- 1901-2000
- < 2000

There can be a minimum and a maximum of ELO when starting a game. I'm around 1400 in RFTG and I had great games with people with a score of 1600! You should be able to put the settings of ELO like

Minimum : 1600
Maximum: 1800
