Action phase - no money left

Hi
I’m currently in game and it’s the action phase. I don’t have any money left in my company treasury to spend on any action and also no space available to put a partner. What are my options? The game doesn’t seem to allow me to pass?

Isn't there always a unlimited placement space to just get $$ ?

You can always get money. The $40 spot is revealed in the first decade.
