Today Green may ask for a card but greens is stuck behind red voor more then a round, not stuck at home without ace/king. Is this a bug? I don't think you may ask for a card when you have a pawn on the board and just stuck behind an opponent?

Hi, this is not a bug.
The rule for charity (custom addition made by the dev, there is no official rule for that) stands whenever the player has been unable to move any of their pawns during X rounds (X = 1 in arena). This includes pawns stuck before a blocking one.
