Farm Phase Steps Options explanation of "Combined"

In the Play setup for La Granja, there is a "Farm Phase Steps" section. In this section are 3 options: Sequential, Simulatenous, and Combined. The Sequential and Simultaneous seem self-explanatory. Can someone explain to me how the "Combined" option works and how it differs from the other two options? Thanks!

It's been quite a while I didn't tried the BGA implementation, but from memory, this option is about the three steps 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 [step 6.4, buying roof markers, is always sequential]. Assuming three players A, B and C:

Simultaneous:
A,B,C resolve 6.1
A,B,C resolve 6.2
A,B,C resolve 6.3
Note: Contrary to the two other settings, it is impossible to undo actions in simultaneous mode.

Sequential:
A resolves 6.1
B resolves 6.1
C resolves 6.1
A resolves 6.2
B resolves 6.2
C resolves 6.2
A resolves 6.3
B resolves 6.3
C resolves 6.3

Combined:
A resolves 6.1
A resolves 6.2
A resolves 6.3
B resolves 6.1
B resolves 6.2
B resolves 6.3
C resolves 6.1
C resolves 6.2
C resolves 6.3
