Just a humble request -
For premium members penalty of 20 games for reputation should be erased specially for mobile users

Happened so many times phone gets stuck or game doesn't upload

Premium members get the opportunity to play whenever as compared to standard account who look for an opportunity to score in any way be it giving 20 game penalty for a few mins of delay

just play in slow mode or no time limit instead.
members SHOULDNT be penalty free

I'm a member, have been for a long time, and I agree with ncc. Members should not be penalty free. If people could just buy their way out of bad behavior, pretty soon this site will look like the justice system of the United States.

Just what I was about to say. We don't agree with politicians(of any country) and other elite to be penalty free when they perform infractions, so why would we agree with it on BGA?

And people have a liberty of choice what device they play on, what internet package they use. If what they have voluntarily have chosen does not match the speeds an reliability requirements of the selected game, the player themselves must bear all the consequences that come with their choices.

I understand where you guys come from but as of late some things striked as the standard account holders who dont have the opportunity to play the premium games otherwise with low score are seeking petty opportunity to score ELO by eliminating

Y the premium games
Coz some members contribute more be it money or time

So if possible, can the premium member have a provision at least in settings to have an option to play a particular game with a premium member or standard member

They have plenty of opportunities, they can join other tables, just not open them themselves.
They can COMMUNICATE with the table host if it were acceptable to have settings changed. They can make friends on the site and ask them to open up tables… or you know, they could fork over the cheap price it costs to join the site as a premium member.

And if they're having problems with the speed, play Turn-based. Anyone can do that on any device. If you are playing a game in real time with 5 other players, and the 6th player is slow due to a "slow mobile", you are penalizing the 5 other players who have to wait for a very long time for a next move. You don't think their time is as important? Time limits are there for a reason and should be adhered to.

Don't forget some no prenium players would join your table because they are fine to play that game, but would be as happy to play another no prenium game.
So for them (or just for other prenium members), having player who regulary leave prenium game would be bad.

Why?

Why should the gaming community be split by financial ability/desire? The argument that "the price is less than a cup of coffee" only applies to first-world countries. This link shows a cappuccino in Honduras at less than 1/4th the price in Paris.

What would prevent this site from becoming a pay-to-play site? The people who are good at games tend to enjoy them. People who enjoy the games tend to support the site. Pretty soon the top players will all be premium, and it will appear that only if a player becomes premium will they be able to advance ELO beyond a certain point.

While this suggestion may have merit, in that "people who tend to do X tend to do Y (or not do Z)," I would like to see some reasons for this suggestion.
