Quoridor - Cannot see other players' past games

Hi,
I'm new to this server but I have created my account more than 3 days ago and I have played 2 games (of Quoridor).
When I try to review top players past games, I keep getting the message "You need to be enrolled since more than 24h and have played two games", condition I met now.
Is this feature no more available?....
Also, I was expecting to be able to download a few games, for offline review. Is it possible on this server? If yes, what is the game notation system?
