Feature Suggestion: Pushed Comments

With games like Pandemic and Forbidden Island it often becomes necessary to have other's feedback before making a decision. This is easily done when playing live. However, when playing turnbased it becomes problematic to get someone to talk to you before you make a move. Can you please add the ability to push a comment to a turnbased game?
For example, "Should I move the Quarantine Specialist to London to protect the surrounding cities and then fly to Jakarta and clean one?"
OR "How about I go to the Observatory and lift you to me and take your Earth Stones".
If that message actively pinged their phone or sent them an email then I would be SOOO happy. I almost exclusively play turn based anymore and this seems like a required feature to make this all play smoothly or even remotely closely to live play.

Why not go to the bugs/suggestion part and request if they can add a button ingame that "pings" another player, turns the turn over to them for them to give a comment?

I debated which area it should go in, but I see value in this being added to all games. The most value is definitely from cooperative games but wouldn't it be nice to have the ability to have in game chat that doesn't ping a player like now and an ability to push that message to players if they have disappeared? When you play games with friends that have no timers there is no alerts to say it is their turn after the first (I believe) so they might forget to play unless you text them directly or something. Maybe it would be worth just adding this as a feature for coop games like Pandemic and Forbidden Island though.

It's needed to separate out the players who can't stand the other type of co-op players.
Cross references regarding this idea:

I've played a lot of Asynch games. I am aware that I can sometimes be a QB in co-op games. So I offer my move suggestions for my turn and others turn and also request feedback of my suggestions. This leads to a better play experience and helps with the QB issues.
I would want to be able to notify my fellow players by clicking a button. It wouldn't even have to be my turn. Then they could respond with agreement or offer a different move in chat.
Implementation should be very easy.
Just add buttons to notify:
notify All
notify P1
notify P2
notify P3
notify P4
....etc
You could add this to the player panels or card areas. The Notify All button could be in your area and notify specific player in each of theirs.
If I'm not logged in I do not get notified of a chat in a game unless I enter that game. If I am logged in I will see the chat pop up. Is it possible to add an option to view games with chats in it? This could occur in the game list with some shading or icon.
