I FOUND OUT THAT MOST OF THE TOP CHESS ARENA PLAYERS INCLUDING SEASON 5 WINNER ARE CHEATTERS WHO USE CHESS ENGINES AND DO NOT GIVE ANY CHANCES TO FAIR PLAY PLAYERS . I HAVE A PROVE THAT THEY CHEAT , BECAUSE HAVE ANALIZED THEIR GAMES WHERE THEY NEVER MAKE MISTIKES WITH 99% ACURRACY. THERE IS NO HUMAN PLAYER IN THISE WORLD INCLUDING FIDE TOP 10 GRAND MASTER , WHO PLAY ON THEIR (CHEATTERS )LEVEL. SINCE 15 YEARS NO HUMEN THAT BEAT MACHINE IN CHESS.
I CAN EASY JUDGE WOJ IS CHEATTING WITH AI ASSISTENCE, AND WON IS JUST A GREAT HUMAN PLAYER BY ANALIZING GAMES FROM BGA :?: ON CHESS.COM .

WRITING IN ALL CAPS IS NOT NECESSARY TO GET YOUR POINT ACROSS.

Players using engines is a well known problem for Chess on BGA, but it's not actually against the terms of service, and BGA will not punish or do anything to those who are "cheating" as you state. If you expect your opponents in Chess to not be using outside assistance, you'll need to play on other sites. Fortunately for Chess there are plenty of other platforms that provide even more options than BGA.

Basically what I'm saying is BGA has shown no sign of planning to change this, and frankly I don't blame them. Tracking down engine users is a time consuming and annoying process and I really think their time is better spent improving their platform for the wider world of board gamers. They are and can continue to be the preeminent site to play a wide variety of games, and they can leave it to other sites to be the best place to play Chess.

As soon as I read the topic this was my thought as well. Who would evaluate the reports? If a person, what reason is there to believe that BGA have the staff with the requisite expertise in chess to render a decision?

If the evaluation is automated, implementing cheat detection like the "other sites" use is not a matter of flipping a switch. They did it because their whole reason for existing revolves around chess. The cost-benefit analysis works out for them. For a site that does not specialize in chess...nope, not worth the effort. Sorry.
