Report option for people disrupting the game.

There are more and more trolls who join games and play them wrong on purpose, then use all the time and move just before you can kick them out.
Examples:
In Saboteur,, they play the role of saboteur the whole game when they are diggers. And then wait all the time they have to make people wait.
In No Thanks, they take all the cards and ruin the game.
Can we add a report option for this? They are clearly trolls, not newbies doing a bad move. There's no way to report this as all should avoid them,and this should be the option.
