Profile Preferences!

Hello, so i came with few ideas ,every of them fall into one section : Profile Preferences.
It is about Profile windows flexibility, give a priorities to some windows to be in top of the profile instead of the others.
Layout of the profiles consist of this windows :
(ordered from top to bottom)
Information window (age,reputation,language,membership) , My opinion about ... window , Friends window , "Member of" window , recent activity window , latest results window , Achievements + games played window , reputation details window.
What i would like to welcome is , to be able to move/drag windows as i like. Some people just must roll whole page in their profiles to see latest results,because Recent activity is on top after the Info. window.It is annoying. Somebody just would like to see achievements + games played on top right side , not under the friends and "member of" .
Ways how to do it :
1.) Overall window change in profile (maybe the easiest way?), just reorder windows and nobody will be able to change them.( depends on votes first )
2.) Profile Preferences (for example merge recent activity/latest result and make choice what should be first and what second , merge "friends","member of" and "achievements + games played" and make choice too)
3.) Drag window flexibility (with align of course) - means i can click and drag any window in my profile, move it and then change place with other window.
This idea is nothing important that must be done, just something like final touch .
