After counting the points it popped out that I have -99, as possible when the maximum you can get -15. this is not the first time such a bug spoils the game. When will it be fixed.

It's not a bug. It's in the rules, when you have the same points. The tiebreakers loose and get an ideal -99. The player with the single score wind

Well, at worst you could do meerkat tiebreaker where highest meerkat wins... Basic rules makes tied players not win, but to push them to last in a 5 player game for that is weird, I feel.
