Hi,

I am playing a tournament of Hive against a player that is not interested to play and no reply any message to me.

He is doing all time to draw the game (no winners, no losers) all time without doing a movement, and the time is favorable to him. 2 entire days in this situation and there are 10 days left to me. I don't want accept the offer of draw because we had only 4 movements until this moment and I no want click 10-40 times each day the same button and the game is completely stalled because of the attitude of the other player.
I can't believe this situation.

I tried to report to BGA administrators but there aren't options for this special situation and I need help. Ironically, the tournament was created by me.
The way of the other player playing is very likely a spam without words.

I need help or I will get a penalization, this situation is pretty unfair and against the spirit of the competition.

Player B hit the button to propose a draw. I decline.
Player B hit the button to propose a draw. I decline.
Player B hit the button to propose a draw. I decline.

It seems unfair because I think in some games a player is forced to make a movement after one reject the draw offer. It would avoid the game stuck forever.

Also I am curious if one plater with red thumb can enter in the tournaments that I created.

I would report this as a bug in Hive's implementation. As you pointed out, when a draw offer is rejected, they shouldn't be allowed to make another draw offer after making at least 1-5 moves.

The player is exploiting a loophole that, when he makes a draw offer, it becomes your turn and your clock starts ticking. He could be using a clicker bot to click on "offer draw", hoping to win the match via opponent timeout.
