Process to poke a "stuck" game?

I created a Haiclue table https://boardgamearena.com/9/haiclue?table=189096522 which appears to be "stuck", and I'm wondering if there is a BGA process to "poke" it and maybe get it unstuck.

(BTW, as I've been a member for well over a year now, the fact that I've never had to wonder about this before is very impressive. Kudos on the stable platform!)

Here's the history of how game got stuck:

* One player ran out of time. I skipped their turn.
* Unfortunately this did not get the game going again. In addition to the banner offering to Quit without penalty, I still have the banner saying that "Other players must make a clue" plus the red button offering the option to "Skip turn of player out of time" displayed.
* When I press the red button again, and confirm on the dialog box that pops up, I get a temporary banner saying "Unexpected error: No players are out of time right now." Reloading (F5) does not change the situation.
* The player who ran out of time (due to an unfortunate life event, it turns out) and whose turn was skipped, is now willing to continue to play. But they cannot.
* I speculate there may be some incompatibility with Haiclue Turbo mode and the Skip turn of players out of time option.
* And so I wonder if there is a way to poke this stuck game. Or are we doomed to all resign and try again.

Community guidance will be appreciated.

Yes, you killed the game by skipping a player.

Many games on here don't work anymore after that, haiclue seems to be one of them.

The dialog box you got before deciding to skip that player should've told you as much as that game being completely null and void if you proceed. You did proceed, so the game is fine now. Probably a shame for most of the other players at that table, but it was your good right to do so.

If the others still want to play with you, you or any of them can open up a new table with that same group and you lot start from the beginning
