How does a player have control over *your* time in order to run it down?

By playing his tiles when it's your night time...there were 7 tiles left and I was playing, he played a couple of tiles then kicked me

You agreed to that time control, correct?

Tournament so yes there is a time limit. My point being he manipulated the time then when the game has 7 tiles left he ends the game right after my last tile. Probably thought he might loose so stole the win

You are misusing that term. You freely agreed to a certain time control. The clock got called on you. If you think there was actually a rule violation, then the public forum is not the place to report it.
