Board Game Arena

I feel this action space should be in the game, and yet I don't see it nor can I find an option when setting up the game in order to have it. Am I missing something ?

PS In the physical game, this is the "build one stable for one wood + bake bread" action space

The side job is only here in begginer mode, as explained in the rulebook.
