When multiple players open a portal in the same turn it is not clear to me how the order to choose a new portal and to claim a bonus token is determined.
In the original game the rules state that the first player to call "INCANTATUM" out loud gets the right to chose first. How does it work in this digital adaptation? is it the first player who puts the crystal on the portal?

I have the same doubt...

The turn order follows whoever has the catcher token, same as the original rule when multiple people say Incantatum at the same time.
‘If multiple players call out “INCANTATUM!” “at exactly the same time, the player to the left of the Catcher plays first (or the Catcher, if he or she was among the players who opened a portal). Play then proceeds clockwise.´

Then, each time a wild animus is drawn, the catcher token goes to the next player

Oh ok understood. So it's assumed that players always call out INCANTATUM at the same time and then the catcher rule applies. Makes sense. Thank you!
