Blocking Visitors on Arena games

I have noticed that when I play a particular opponent in arena games there is always a visitor spectating the game - this may be a complete coincidence so I don't want to name any names. Given arena games are competitive is it possible to block having spectators as it seems to me that having a second computer logged in as a spectator would present a very easy way to cheat.

but a spectactor can't see hands? So he can't pass secret info? He just see the play board
