This card requires at least a clay house, costs 1 stone, and provides (x-3)VP where x is the number of complete rounds left to play. It also says you may no longer renovate your house.

Does this mean I can no longer build rooms? Or is it that I can no longer renovate from clay to stone if I've yet to do so? Thanks!

You can no longer renovate to a stone house. Adding new rooms to your clay house is allowed. (The 'renovate' action is a different action than the 'farm expansion action')
