Kicked Off

Hi, game no: 191946479
My opponent kicked me off, altough I told him my excuse (i had a customer at my work) for a few minutes. He told me OK but he kicked me off. He is sad about this, told me that he tried to abondone but couldnot. Please contact with him and correct the reputation points and elos.
