Board Game Arena

I tried to join a table and this message popped up: "You play from the same location as USERNAME (1d2bc3n). Playing from the same location is a Premium feature: Go Premium now!"
This User, when I entered the table, was having same location (IP) as another user (they both have Russian flag, and a text saying that).

The question is: why was i considered same IP with one of them? since... I am pretty sure I share my IP with no one.
Is this some sort of bug?

Thanks. I don't know how to search for specific bugs.

Edit: One can actually search and find certain bugs, in the Community page, above (a section called "Report a bug..."). I thought it was a more serious stuff when i posted this, but after reading the link you provided, I see it less severe.
