Board Game Arena

I recently played a game of patchwork and the special tile gave me 7 buttons instantly. I believe it also awarded me the 7 buttons at the end of game scoring. My understanding of the rule is that the special tile ONLY gives points at the end fo the game.

Which table/move number did this happen in?
Also, are you sure you didn't gain your regular income at the same time, and thought it was the bonus?
