Board Game Arena

This site is formatted and set up terribly. Bad player experiences everywhere and most people who use this site create terrible player experiences. Either through bad gameplay, bad connection, or flat out being lucky. There's too many games that you need no skill for. That makes for a terrible site as well. What's the point of playing a game where someone gets lucky to win instead of using skill or strategy to win. There is none. You win 10 games and only move up plus 20 in ELO but if you only lose 3 games then you are down 60 in ELO. How does that make any sense?! Everyone acts like you shouldn't be competitive...even though there's a big difference between arena mode and simple game.

The fact that a complaint about BGA was posted in the Non-BGA topics forum seems to indicate that it may be a user issue, not a site issue....

go play some games that need skills, and ignore those dont.
