Is there a way to preview the Arena Mode settings/rules for a game, without actually starting an Arena mode game?

There are games like Stone Age that have lots of possible expansions and player counts. Is there a way to see what the settings are for this season, without starting a game?

I see, the cog on the Arena game start screen. I was looking on the regular game page for the Arena settings, the one where you can download rules PDFs.
