Question:

Everything is controllable through the match text.
Nomads get the first navigation change at move 194
I terraform rocky terrain into desert terrain at move 135
The Nomad player builds the house on the desert terrain that I had terraformed, at move 145.

I repeat that, controllable through the text of the game, the nomads did NOT have any direct connection or navigation level of 1.
How come ?
Is there any rule that escapes me?

if you notice the +1 navigation bonus tile, it is not chosen for 2 spins.
The move for which I ask for information is made when the tile was NOT chosen.

Nomads built this dwelling during the 4th round, when they had the +1 navigation bonus tile. There was nothing wrong in that move.

The bonus tile for the navigation has stopped for two round (2 money on it) so in that round, when nomads put the house on desert, they haven't this bonus tile

At move 111 the nomad takes a bonus tile and earns 1, after this spin how would the navigation bonus tile have 2 money on it if, as you think, the nomad would have taken it in the previous round?

On what round the move 145 was? Someone had the +1 tile at round 4.

It was round 4 indeed, and Nomads had the +1 navigation bonus tile at this round. Then nobody picked it at rounds 5 and 6, so during round 6, that bonus tile had 2 coins on it, recieved at the beginning of rounds 5 and 6.

The thing that was escaping me, I was able to find it.
My fault for not having noticed the navigation bonus tile in time.
