Can't set my date of birth

Hello guys, newbie here. I'm trying to set my date of birth, but when i try i get "BGA service error (boardgamearena.com 16/08 00:36:14)". I tried with /, . and - between the dates, but it doesn't seem to work with any of these. Do you know why?

Do you put MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY?

I put DD/MM/YYYY, but i thinks it's indifferent (10/03 or 03/10 aren't bad values).

So it's only a desktop problem. When I saw you wrote "iPad", I tried with my Android cellphone and the date picker appeared. Thanks for the suggestion. Where can I report the bug?
