I am trying to find games in which the factor luck is zero and the factor strategy is 4... but don't know how to find them.

Can somebody enlighten me?

In fact, that's the luck factor for all turn-based games: What's the player order before the first move?
And games like Terra Mystica and Caylus have other luck factors before the games; like what bonus tiles are drawn, or in what order the pink buildings are placed.
But during the game, it's 100% dependent on the players' behaviour; no further luck involved. Therefore these games deserve to be on that list.
