I, too, have scoured BGG, Kickstarter, Quined.nl, and this site looking for details. So far nothing beyond the overview threads.

Any idea about what does exactly the "Max +3" at the end of buildings tracks ?

Is it a "Max +3" only applicable for the building, assuming we make the right donation ? Or it is a "Max +3" for any donation ?
That's a bit fuzzy for me.

Hi Cedrix,

The +3 at the end of project tabs on side b means that the max 12 points for each donation is increased to a maximum of 15 points per donsation that you have made. Therefore, if you have taken 3 management departments to add to the original two, and you have chosen the management department donation, then you will score 3 points for each dept - total 15 pts.
