Your system can tell when people are 1) just playing and timing out (hour glass vid-image) 2) having connection issues (sideways bars vid-image)
In the game above I was locked out due to connection issues or website platform issues.
It would make sense if you could ask a person what kind of issues they had before aSSigning a penalty - rather than calling them a 'THAT".

Just sayin'


This might entice more people to be a paying customer.

It's penalizing the opponents when you time out, whether it's volunteer or not.
One penalty is almost nothing, you'll get back your reputation quickly, as long as it doesn't happen too often

Looking at your profile, those times you timed out, don't try to pin those all on "website platform issues".
