Hello! I just joined and I don’t know half the games. Two questions really: is there a way to practice the games without actually playing against anyone? AND some games say that 1 player can play, but how do I just play the games solo?

If you set a new game to "Training Mode" you stilll have to play other humans, but it won't count for stats

a number of games allow solo play in Train Mode, start a new table in Manual instead of Automatic mode, set it to training and lower the count to "1", then start...

Judging by these recurring threads, the solo mode would really need a kind of tutorial in the interface

should file bug reports for those games...

There is no universal solo mode, but you can spectate a game in progress (with open information) or watch a replay of a completed game from a player's perspective (also seeing the closed information).

That should give a decent idea.
