I haven't found this information elsewhere, so for others who might be looking for it:

With the new beta "Use updated techs" option, two technologies are changed as follows:

Mass Cloning
(unchanged) Immediate - Automate 1 food + 1 supply -> 1 population
(changed) Choose one:
A) Gain 3 ore
B) Spend 1 ore: 2 supply -> 2 population

Stealth Terraformers
(changed) Spend 6 ore: Jump 3
then you may colonize

I'm going to miss that original mass cloning "research tech level 1". I love those twists that incentivize holding out on L1 techs as long as possible.

Noting a couple of updates...

Stealth Terraformers is now 5 ore, jump 2

and Spacetime Anomaly Studies has been slightly nerfed, removing the immediate "Jump 2"
