'Red thumb' prevent players from joining my Tournaments?

Hi,
This is not in the FAQ: https://boardgamearena.com/faq?anchor=f ... thingwrong . Do players that got a 'red thumb' from me still can join Tournaments I organize? If it is not the case, then I suggest it should. If it is already, great and it should be added to the FAQ. Thanks!
As mentioned by others, we should also have a list of players to which we gave red thumbs.
