Need email notifications for Guru discussion posts

I just started using Sapiens Guru page and made a first post. I checked with a couple of other gurus and they did not receive email notifications about my post. Are email notifications enabled for guru discussions? Since it is a new feature and we all would like it to be used more, it would make sense to have it enabled like for private messages. Unless it is already enabled, and I am missing a setting somewhere.
