One Main Action per turn or round?

Hi,
I have two questions about an important rule.
1. In the game you have one main action when its your turn but you can do several „flash“-actions in a row in each turn, true? Then comes the next playerˋs turn.
2. In one round you can do as many main actions as you want (of course only one by one since the turn chances to other players) until you pass, true?
