Through the Ages: Card-Text not translated (en - german)

The Card-Text of the "international trade agreement" is not translated, but i can't find this specific translate in the translate-options. What am i doing wrong?

Nothing, things like these are translation bugs that need to be fixed by the developer. Either the string is missing from the translation system, or it is there but not coded properly.
