King of Tokyo Psychic Probe

For the Psychic Probe card, it allows you to reroll a die another player rolls. The only problem is that the person who can do the reroll doesn't have a timer aside from skipping their turn.
In the game Pandemic, you have 2 seconds after selecting the cards you want to discard.
My suggestion is to add a 10 second timer to the player allowed to reroll another players die with Psychic Probe. Otherwise players can spam abuse the "skip turn of player" who has psychic probe and they won't be allowed to use it.
