Cards of low resolution is this browser dependent?

At my display and using firefox the cards show up quite blurry.
Not comparable to Res Arcana for instance where the cards are fantastic.
I doubt it my self but can this be browser dependent? What is your experience?
In Season, it is the same. I can not read the text there, unfortunately. Why?
Thanks for your help
Regards Paul

It just depends on image quality, that's all.

Each game have different images, why would you expect them to have same quality ?

Apparently, You dont know what I mean, I‘m afraid.
One can just not read the text on cards at the ipad for instance.
Someone opened a thread to this issue in the Seasons Forum.

Again, if the image is blurry, that's just because the image itself is blurry/low res, nothing more.
It's not about browser, internet connection, that's just the image itself.

OK agree.
I looked at the cards at the PC. Its not much better, beside the possibility to slide the mouse over a card and read the explanation
I wonder why this is not apparent also for the developers.
Probably, the game was implemented some years ago to be used also with a lower bandwidth and an update is too effortfull.
The resources are better used in the implementation of new games.

Or you know, the publisher just gave them lower res assets back then.
Many games here are done and maintained by volonteers so no, it is not "apparent for developpers", and probably a very very minor issue in the big todo list they have to deal with.
That being said, since this is a game made by a volonteer, this means that anyone can propose patch of the game so if that's really bothering you, feel free to fix it yourself

Hi
To be fair, even with better graphic it won’t help you. Dice forge cards do not have text that’s why we put the tooltip.
I know that it’s a pain on iPad. If I can find sometime I will try to put a safe mode so you can see easily the tooltip but it’s not that easy.
We do have correct artwork but compromise was decided like 4 years ago.
Cheers
Dice Forge développer ^^
