The deevloper should modified the practice mode introducing maximum time or to let mutlipes games, to avoid that a player that is loosing could take in stall the match. Until the loser moves no new matches could be played indefinitely. So the winner shall abandon.

The whole point of training mode is to not include things like this. If you want time limits, just don't play training mode.
