I know this isn't the place to report bugs, but this was reported in the bug system and isn't getting the visibility/traction I think it needs.

When using distress, the mission attempt counter is not incremented. This has been broken for at least 6 months as far as I can tell. That means the primary way of scoring this game is completely broken.

I'm hoping we can get this fixed if we get more thumbs on this one:

Yes please give your thumbs up! This used to work correctly but was broken with the last round of new features adds.

Agreed, this is a critical scoring issue and has been broken for some time. Please provide a fix at your earliest convenience. Thank you. Apart from this issue, we have been having a blast with the game!
