For many months, even years, Hanabi 6th color 5 cards doesnt give Elo points.
There are many topics and contributors about this subject but nothing has changed.
So, what's the point of forums if no one cares and reads about it ???

Unlike BGA main framework, anyone can jump over and fix bugs or add features to individual games if they have enough time and skill for that.
Game maintenance in BGA is not a paid job (unless the developer has contracted the job from the publisher's pay offer directly).
Nothing has changed for years? Well, you can try fixing it right now.
